I, on behalf of the editorial team, would like to personally welcome you to the official Website of the Cambodian Management Journal. It is my great pleasure to have you here.

The Cambodian Management Journal (CMJ) is a peer-reviewed publication intended to stimulate and disseminate scholarly activity on current research, promising practices, and significant issues and problems related to every aspect of management in Cambodia. The CMJ welcomes original manuscripts from faculty, researchers, practitioners, and students that will help to inform university-level faculty and students, government, and industry regarding current research, promising practices, and significant issues and problems related to every aspect of management in Cambodia. The CMJ provides a forum for discourse and sharing of research results and findings and best practices in respect to all aspects of management.

The CMJ is intended for university-level faculty and students, government employees and leaders, corporate employees and managers, and local and foreign entrepreneurs and investors.  The CMJ is published four times (January, April, August, and December) a year. The CMJ is published in English. The means of distribution of all the issues is online.

Finally, I strongly encourage faculty, researchers, practitioners, or undergraduate/graduate students to submit their work for publication to the CMJ. Please tell your friends and colleagues about the CMJ and encourage them to submit their work for publication to the CMJ.
