Mission
The Cambodian Management Journal (CMJ) is a peer-reviewed publication intended to stimulate and disseminate scholarly activity on
current research, promising practices, and significant issues and problems related to every aspect of management in Cambodia.
Purpose
The CMJ welcomes original manuscripts from faculty, researchers, practitioners, and students that will help to inform university-level faculty and students,
government, and industry regarding current research, promising practices, and significant issues and problems related to every aspect of management
in Cambodia. The CMJ provides a forum for discourse and sharing of research results and findings and best practices in respect to all aspects of
management.
